Love these guys, and I'm delighted with every service! They don't price gouge, they're up-front with cost and time, and reasonably quick and reliable. Can't beat it! Been taking my trucks here for almost a decade and I'll continue to do so.

I was in the area temporarily and needed an emergency A/C repair, but didn't know any local shops. I called around; one couldn't see me for a week, and another seemed overpriced. Luckily, Concord Auto Service got me in the very next morning at a reasonable rate. They performed a diagnostic with UV dye and confirmed my suspicion of a rear connection leak, while also identifying leaks in the line and the condenser itself. I really liked that they use a digital program that texts you a link with mechanic notes and photos—seeing the exact leak points glowing under the UV light gave me total peace of mind. Because replacing the condenser and the lines to the rear evap coil is an expensive job, It was a family DIY. The shop was incredibly accommodating—they evacuated the refrigerant and then recharged the system afterward for a very fair price. They were fast, efficient, and great to work with. If I’m ever back in the area and need service, I will absolutely use them again.

My experience here was pretty great Ryan was very kind and he explained pretty much everything that was wrong with my car, I went away to NYC for the holidays and he kept in constant contact by email and sending me photos of issues they found with my car. I appreciate that a ton. Told the most important things to get done on the car first and what should be tackled next. If you need something done and fixed check them out. So far I love working with this team and my car is getting the attention she needs. Thank you CONCORD AUTO SERVICE.
